La Foliette

La Foliette is adjacent to the owners’ house. It has its own garden area, and is surrounded by fields on three sides. It is on a very quiet rural lane, ten minutes’ easy walk or two minutes’ drive from the nearest beach, and from L’Ancresse Common and golf course. Grocery shopping is available ten minutes’ walk away; St Peter Port, with a wider selection of shops, is a ten minute drive away.

The property has been in the owners’ family since it was built just over a hundred years ago. The family were formerly farmers and growers, and the fields next to the property are still in agricultural use.

The Vale is in the North of Guernsey, and though the Southern and Western parts of the parish are quite developed, the area where the property is located is rural and peaceful, with open views across fields. It’s a ten-minute drive from the ferry terminal, and approximately twenty five minutes from the airport.
