Guernsey Image Library Terms and Conditions

When using imagery from the library the States of Guernsey must be accredited with the wording 'Images courtesy of VisitGuernsey'. If you also wish to implement Guernsey branding ensure to work strictly within the VisitGuernsey branding guidelines requestable from the Guernsey Trade Media Website , all use of Guernsey branding must be proofed to enquiries@visitguernsey.com for a swift sign-off.


Guernsey Cow Photo Competition 

Users posting images featuring the plush Guernsey Cow using the #GuernseyCow hashtag agree that these images will be shared by VisitGuernsey across our social media channels (Facebook, Twitter and Instagram) and may be used in upcoming printed materials, electronic mailers. Images MUST include #GuernseyCow to be valid for entry into the monthly prize draw. Photo's will be uploaded to an image gallery on VisitGuernsey's Facebook page and the image with the highest number of likes per month will win Guernsey Goodies.  If you prefer NOT to have your image shared, please get in touch with the VisitGuernsey Digital team.  The competition will run until the September 30th 2019.


Win a 2 night break with Channel Islands Direct

The prize includes two nights’ accommodation at the Duke of Richmond Hotel (two adults sharing), plus return flights to Guernsey and on island airport transfers.  

The prize must be taken between 1 Jan – 31 May and 1 Oct – 21 Dec 2020, exclusion dates apply including bank holiday. Subject to availability so early booking is recommended. Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable. No cash alternative available. You must be over 18 to enter. Closing date is Thursday 31st October 2019.


Win a Guernsey Gin Hamper

The prize includes two bottles of locally produced gin - Wheadons Gin and Ten Degrees Gin, two bottles of Fever Tree Tonic Water and other Guernsey goodies.  No cash alternative will be offered.  Competition only open to people over 18.  Competition closes 12pm Friday 7 June at 12pm, winner will be contacted via social media after this time.  Winner be chosen at random.  If we do not have any contact from the chosen winner within 48 hours of our message we will redraw.
