    Over the summer months, local instructors host early morning and sunset yoga sessions at various beachside locations, such as Cobo Bay and Port Soif. For a small price, you can experience the warmth of the rising or setting sun and the nourishing effects of an hour’s yoga. Most announce the classes as Facebook events, so make sure you check listings during your trip to the Islands.
