Red Grill House and Cocktail Bar

Red Grill House pride themselves on sourcing the finest quality beef, locally and from sustainable UK farms and butchers.

Dry aged in-house for between 28 and 90 days, then cooked over coal at 400 degrees on their enclosed Josper Grill, Red's range of meat dishes offer a delicious, unmatched char flavour. For non-meat eaters, there is a selection of local seafood, as well as seasonal and fresh produce.

Located above the restaurant, the cocktail bar serves an array of spirits from across the globe, as well as a bespoke cocktail menu built and produced by the talented bar team. Take a seat on a banquette or a table on the balcony to enjoy one of the best views of St. Peter Port on the island.

There are two private dining spaces available:

• The Wine Cellar, surrounded by 300 year old caves and the finest wine from around the world. This space seats up to 12 guests for an exclusive and unique dining experience.
• Cocktail Bar Dining available for a sit-down lunch with a view, available for up to 12 guests. During the evenings, the bar can accommodate up to 60 guests for drinks and canapés.
