Holi Festival of Colours 2026 – Community Celebration

Join the Indian Community in Guernsey (ICG) for a vibrant and family-friendly celebration of Holi – the Festival of Colours, one of the most joyful and widely celebrated festivals in South Asia.

Taking place on Saturday, 18 April 2026 at Le Pommier Hotel & Restaurant, this outdoor community event welcomes residents and visitors alike to experience an afternoon filled with colour, music, food and fun.

Holi celebrates the arrival of spring, friendship, and togetherness. Guests will have the opportunity to take part in traditional colour play using safe gulal powders, dance to lively DJ music featuring popular Bollywood and South Asian hits, and enjoy delicious South Asian snacks provided by The Manor.

There will be plenty of activities for all ages, including games, dancing, colour celebrations, and a bouncy castle for children and adventurous adults. With colourful powder throws, water play activities, and a lively atmosphere, this promises to be a joyful and welcoming cultural celebration for everyone.

We are also proud to partner with PAWS For Support as our charity partner for this event.
PAWS For Support is a unique charity dedicated to using highly trained dogs to improve people’s lives in the Bailiwick of Guernsey. These dogs support individuals in schools, nursing homes, workplaces, hospitals, clubs, and victim/witness support services. Their presence helps relieve stress and anxiety, encourages communication, and supports mental and physical wellbeing.
