They are beaten out using any one of a set 20 special Hollowing Hammers used by generations of coppersmiths in the Island.
Each can size has its particular use from milking and carrying to dainty little ones used at the family table to dispense milk for your tea, via the different sized ones that were put outside the door for the milkman to fill up.
Along side there are a lovely selection of inexpensive jewellery, both costume and therapeutic magnetic ones for rheumatism
