Baie de la Jaonneuse

There really is no better way to indulge in Guernsey life than to spend a sunny day on a golden sandy beach, and Baie de la Jaonneuse is exactly that.

A small cove located at the north of Guernsey, Baie de la Jaonneuse is near to the larger Pembroke Bay. Although it’s not very widely-known, the cove is a favourite among locals who wish to enjoy a day at the beach or take their dog for a walk.

This beach is perfect place to find your own little tranquil spot where you can soak up the sun and read a good book in peace. It’s also a great place for a refreshing dip, and when the tide goes out, families can enjoy exploring the rockpools.

The nearest toilet facilities are located at Pembroke, beside the Beach House restaurant.
