Lihou House
Lihou house is a self sufficient run house and generates its own drinking water through a bore hole, electricity through a solar system and deals with its own sewage. Diesel is used for the generator and gas for the kitchen this has to be transported to the island when needed. Please do not waste resource.
The house and its facilities are orientated towards youth and school groups but also accommodates adult gatherings. The house consists of nine bedrooms and can sleep up to 30 people at a time, a large dining, kitchen and lounge.
There is no television or music system in the house but there are engaging views that are ever changing with the weather, light and tides.
