Le Petit Champ

Le Petit Champ is a little gem, tucked away in a unique position on the outskirts of St Peter Port.

Set well back from a quiet road this small clos of similar houses is bordered on two sides by fields and a wood giving it an unusually tranquil setting.

Le Petit Champ is a one bedroomed annex with its own entrance and a small sunny courtyard garden to the front. On the ground floor there is a bright, well-equipped kitchen, a bathroom with bath/shower and a generous sized living room with ample room to dine and a separate work station. From the dining table you can look out onto a tranquil wooded area and you would never know you were only 15 minutes walking distance from the centre of St Peter Port with its lovely shops, boats to the other islands and fantastic restaurants and bars. 20 minutes in the other direction by foot and you can be in the beautiful Talbot Valley where you can enjoy two well-known walks and beautiful views off towards the west coast. Being central we also have easy access to many beaches either by car bus or you could hire out our e-bikes for a minimal charge and get to see the island close-up. At Le Petit Champ you really can enjoy the best of both worlds.

(Please note the bedroom is in the eaves and has a correspondingly low ceiling height in some areas of the room which may restrict movement for someone who is tall also please note the bathroom is on the ground floor)

During your stay:

We are always available for you either in person (we live next door) or on the phone and are happy to engage with you as much or as little as you wish. Our aim is to make your stay as special as we can however you choose to spend it. Should you wish to stay for an extended period we offer a 50% monthly discount between November and March

No pets, parties or smoking

Close to bus routes and within walking distance of town and rural walks.

Free on request a travel cot (under14kg), high chair, booster chair (for table) and child friendly crockery can be made available. We can also provide a pushchair. 4’6” double bed
