Le Foulon House - New for 2026

This is a large wonderfully equipped much-loved family holiday home, set in 3 acres of private gardens and woodland in the peaceful parish of St Andrew. It is within easy walking and cycling distance of the main town of St Peter Port.

Accommodation. Four full size ensuite bedrooms (each with a double bed), plus the large separate office/study on the ground floor which has a small double sofa bed. More than ample space for all family activities; and the quiet office/study if someone needs to work whilst they should be on holiday. There is a new (2026) baby’s cot available for younger guests and a high chair.

The south-facing terrace and pool area enjoy sunshine throughout the day, making it a lovely place to relax, unwind, and enjoy island life. Swimming pool, table tennis, football (table football), music room, study, ample private parking (8 cars) are all available for your use.

Bicycles: 2 adult e-bikes (one Trek men’s 2023 and one Genesis ladies 2022), 3 regular (non -e) adult bicycles come with the house – all good quality and with helmets. Two stand-up paddleboards (SUPs) with carbon paddles, two kayaks and several surf boards are also available for guests who are able and willing to take them to one of Guernsey’s 27 beaches.

Food. Fully equipped lovely open kitchen; two large fridges plus wine fridge. Outdoor gas BBQ and separate pizza oven make entertaining a pleasure; whether eating outside in the gardens or in the heated gazebo, or inside be that at the kitchen table or in the formal dining room which has seating for 10 comfortably or 12 at a push.

Entertainment. Plenty of board games; Azul, monopoly etc. There is a wonderful ‘cinema like’ TV room for movie nights, the football and rugby or (if you must) playing on the PS4 or Nintendo Switch. The music room has an upright piano, several guitars, a Yamaha trumpet, ukuleles and lots of sheet music. The piano is regularly tuned as the family have several keen musicians.

Parking. A private driveway leads up to the hosue where there is private on-site parking for about 8 vehicles. Also, only in Guernsey can you park in town for free and get a parking place right by the beaches even in July and August.
