Clifftop Cottages

Choose from three self-catering cottages - La Chouette, Le Faucon (with an annexe room), and La Petite Grange - situated in the idyllic south west corner of Guernsey.  

Situated in the picturesque parish of Torteval with views over the fields towards the cliffs, Clifftop Cottages offer easy access to cliff walks and sandy beaches, as well as nearby amenities such as a supermarket, restaurants, bank and post office.

All three cottages are centrally heated and double-glazed, and have their own parking, patio areas (with access to a large lawn), and barbecue.

La Chouette – large, light and very spacious, this property has a double ensuite (with a king-size bed) and a treble room, which is also ensuite. The open-plan kitchen/diner/lounge is fully equipped and includes a dishwasher, fridge/freezer, electric oven, microwave, and television.

There is also a downstairs cloakroom with a toilet and wash hand basin.

La Chouette also has a wood burner, for cosy winter evenings.

Le Faucon – this cottage likewise offers a double ensuite room (with king-size bed) and a treble ensuite, plus an adjoining annexe with a twin room (and ensuite shower). Light and spacious for up to seven people, it is perfect for extended family or guests. 

The open-plan kitchen/diner/lounge is fully equipped and includes a dishwasher, fridge/freezer, electric oven, microwave, and television. Like La Chouette, there is also a downstairs cloakroom with a toilet and wash hand basin.

La Petite Grange – offering a large upstairs bedroom with both a king-size and single bed, this cottage is smaller and is well-suited for a couple or small family. Downstairs, there is a kitchen/diner which is fully equipped with double doors leading to the lounge. There is also a bathroom, with a bath, separate shower and hand wash basin. 

Housekeeping

There are two utility rooms on site, with washing machines, tumble dryers, and washing lines in the garden.

All bed linen, towels (not beach towels), cots and highchairs are included.

Please note that La Chouette and La Petite Grange change over on Fridays, while Le Faucon (with the annexe room) changes over on Saturdays. Different changeover days may be possible in the shoulder months.

All three cottages are VisitGuernsey Quality Assured Gold and are open all the year round. The cottages are also available for winter letting.
