First time visitors to the island can enjoy free entry into the Guernsey Diamond Museum as well as a short talk on the history of diamonds and how to identify true quality.
To qualify, look at the Ray & Scott website in advance and drop them email naming at least three brands of watches or jewellery they sell, as well as why you would like to visit.
About The Guernsey Diamond Museum
The Guernsey Diamond Museum is located in the old bank vaults at Ray & Scott, a well-respected, heritage jewellers located in the parish of St Sampsons. It is the only accredited diamond museum in the British Isles - and is a treasure not to be missed!
Steeped in history and mystery, the story of the diamond - the so-called ‘invincible’ gemstone - is full of intrigue, scandal and superstition. Even the greatest diamond enthusiast is bound to learn something new - and for the practically-minded, everything is covered from carat to cut, and clarity to colour.
The Diamond Museum is open from Monday-Friday, 9am until 4pm.
