Vivier Bunker - Gin Distillerya
Visit the distillery of the Channel Islands Liquor Company, based in the historic Vivier Bunker on the Castle Pier, St Peter Port.
Originally built by the German occupying forces during the Second World War to house fuel tanks, and subsequently used by fisherman for storage, the Vivier Bunker offers a unique setting for gin tasting, as well as a shop selling products from other local producers, including Guernsey Seaweed and Rocquettes Cider.
With fantastic views of the harbour, join Luke and his team on their journey to fine-tune flavour and unsettle tradition with their range of handcrafted gin and blended aged rum.
With a plan to develop the site through a number of stages and ensure an ever-evolving offering year after year, a regular visit is a must.
