The Captain's Bistro
The Tavern and Bistro at The Captain’s have an enviable reputation for good food that has been built over many years.
As well as traditional bar meals, the menu features many of Ali & Del’s personal favourites including Seafood Au Gratin, Lobster Thermidor and Crab Linguini as well as best sellers such as Steak and Stilton or Roast Duck with Orange and Redcurrant sauce. Fresh fish and seafood specials are also available daily.
The ambience is very relaxed and is frequented by locals from all over Guernsey which speaks volumes in itself. Despite a varied selection of other bars/restaurants in the area, many guests choose to dine in the Bistro every night which is the best endorsement you can get.
