Since reopening in 2024, Executive Chef Josh and Head Chef Rob have reimagined the menu around modern European cooking, grounded in French technique. Their ingredient-led dishes combine subtle global influences with a strong focus on live-fire cooking.
The team is passionate about championing local produce; from octopus and scallops to oysters, with a commitment to offering something fresh, exciting and unique on the island.
Bar
Below the restaurant sits the Casbah, our atmospheric cocktail bar led by Head Bartender Richie. The drinks list brings together timeless classics alongside aperitivo and amaro-inspired cocktails.
Designed around the concept of a listening bar, the Casbah is the perfect place to unwind; whether for a midweek drink or a late-night gathering, with vinyl spinning on Saturday evenings.
