Japanese cuisine and culture respects its produce and ingredients more than any other we've experienced, it's that attention to detail and simplicity that made all of us here at Fukku fall in love with it!
To create our dishes, we carefully source our ingredients from top Japanese merchants alongside local fresh suppliers to offer Japanese cuisine that heavily features local and Uk produce wherever possible.
Our wine list is focused on varietals that pair beautifully with our dishes. Sake is selected with local importers Tokkuri and again, food pairing a range of styles that suit each part of the menu offers both an introduction to Japans amazing drink as well as more refined styles for the adventurers.
