Auberge du Val
The Auberge du Val restaurant is tucked away in a valley in Guernsey's countryside in the parish of St Saviour.
Serving a simple Spanish inspired menu, the family run restaurant has a cosy atmosphere in the winter with an open fire, but has a sun-filled courtyard, perfect for long lunches in the summer.
Our tip: stop here for lunch after a countryside hike along the Ruettes Tranquilles lanes.
