During the tour, you’ll discover the story of Guernsey’s vraic, learn to identify local seaweed and explore its uses, with an opportunity to taste varieties fresh from theshoreline.
2:45pm: Meet at Port Soif Bay for a 90-minute guided seaweed foraging tour.
6:00pm: Enjoy a pre-ordered two-course dinner at The Puffin & Oyster.
