Over the past 18 years, Caroline has expanded her knowledge through continuous training, deepened her own practice, and evolved her style of teaching. She combines this wealth of experience and her passion for Yoga and Qigong to create a wholesome, educational and unique retreat experience like no other.

What is included?

Your retreat package from 3-5 October 2025 includes:

• 2 nights accommodation at the White House Hotel or Herm cottages
• 2x dinners, 2x breakfasts, 1x lunch – all served in the Mermaid
• All yoga and Qigong classes with Caroline Wickham (suitable for all levels, including beginners)
• Optional meditations, Budokon basics, core principles, Qigong and sound healing sessions, all led by Caroline
• Optional activities, including coastal walks, sea swims, and craft sessions
• Welcome pack
• Tea, coffee, hot chocolate and water – self service
• Dedicated Evolution Adventures host to assist you in the lead up to the retreat and during the weekend in Herm

There are various rooms available for solo travellers, or couples/friends who want to share. There are options for a king sized bed or twin beds in most rooms. All rooms are ensuite and some have balconies and/or sea views. Guests will be accommodated in the main White House Hotel building, or one of the cottages. Room preferences will be allocated on a first come first served basis.

Prices and booking

• Shared room: £499
• Solo room: £529

Full payment is preferred at the time of booking and will guarantee you first pick of the best rooms (the ones with the sea views and balconies!). However, if you would like to pay in instalments, you can secure your space for a deposit of just £200. The balance will be payable 8 weeks before the retreat.
