Fort George Military Cemetery is the last resting place for 111 German servicemen who died in the Bailiwick of Guernsey during the Occupation between 1940 and 1943.
This week and next, Major Karsten Adrian is in the island with a team of German soldiers carrying out work there.
If you would like to find out more about the cemetery, its history and those buried there – Karsten and Simon Hamon will be doing guided tours of the cemetery on 9 July, starting at 12:30.
The tour will last about 45 minutes, is free and there is no need to book.
Copies of their recent book 'Life Lives Beyond the Grave' will be available for sale after the tour.
