Folk on Foot, Fairies & Forts

Beginning at Portelet, we head to where some say fairies meet, and others say footmen on an ancient procession feasted. We also visit fortifications, some from WWII, others mediaeval. The area’s history is further evoked in the origins of place names and their stories.
