WWII Resistance Nest - Wn. Schonbucht-Mitte
Defending Belle Greve Bay on the east coast between St Peter Port and St Sampson’s, Wn.Schonbucht-Mitte was a resistance nest during the Second World War.
The site originally included a type 676 Pak casemate for a Czech 4.7 anti-tank gun, and a machine-in a French tank turret.
Groups can visit Wn.Schonbucht-Mitte by prior arrangement with Festung Guernsey.
