The gardens of Victor Hugo's exile home have been faithfully renovated by the City of Paris and include a kitchen garden, fruit trees, and Hugo's United States of Europe Oak - a living link with this great visionary.

Lecture in the garden lasts one hour, with a maximum of 15 people per group.
This lecture focuses on Victor Hugo in exile, his house and the decoration he made, his work and his political fights, moving in the garden around the fountain, the bench of Contemplations and the Oak of the “United States of Europe”. The lecture is illustrated by photographs, the oldest coming from the photographic library of the Victor Hugo’s house
in Paris

We are happy to welcome registered assistance dogs in the house and garden but regret that no other dogs (or other pets) are permitted in either the house or the garden and thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
