SUP YOGA CLASSES

Come and practice SUP Yoga (Stand Up Paddleboard Yoga - yoga on a floating mat, yes on water!) either indoor or outdoor when the weather allows. Let your tensions and worries drift and melt away…

LAND YOGA CLASSES

Not ready for a water based practice? No problem! Join a land based yoga asana practice instead to build strength, flexibility, and balance.

1:1 YOGA

I also love working 1:1 with clients and students, so if you’re not keen on joining a group class, I’ll create a bespoke session especially for you based on your individual needs. Whether it’s a particular part of your body you wish to relieve pain and discomfort, or if you’re working on something in particular like more mobility or increased strength, I will guide you through a personal yoga class tailored towards your intention and goal, leaving you feeling more comfortable and empowered in mind, body and soul.

1:1 COMPLEMENTARY HEALTH THERAPY

You may benefit from a 1:1 CHT session, where I use various techniques including holistic massage, remedial reflexology, and aromatherapeutic oils to help you relax and feel more connected to yourself. We begin by going through an initial consultation to help me attune to what I feel would be most beneficial for you. In 1:1 sessions I generally go with the flow and am lead by intuitive guidance.
