In addition, the museum has a rolling programme of temporary exhibitions. (For details, please visit the Guernsey Museums' website.) There is also the Discovery Room for families, which includes the Cabinet of Curiosities, old-fashioned games to play and a very popular 'Timewarp' play area that changes theme each year.
Guernsey Arts also host a public art space, which shows a rolling programme of local art displays.
Browse the gift shop for quality books and original souvenirs. Café Victoria offers light meals and snacks with lovely views over the harbour. Then walk around the restored Victorian Candie Gardens and see the statues of Victor Hugo and Queen Victoria.
From May to September, free band concerts are held every Sunday afternoon at 15.00. Please check the Guernsey Street Festival website for the schedule.
