The milk is primarily used to supply the market with fresh liquid with 5.6 million litres sold in 2023. 225,000 kg of world class Guernsey butter was produced along with 12,000 kg of award winning cheese. They also make rich dairy cream, buttermilk and four delicious flavours of Guernsey ice-cream.
