If you’re visiting from the UK or planning to take plants home, it’s helpful to know that moving plants from Guernsey to England is legal, as both are within the same plant health customs territory. However, specific regulations apply:

• Commercial shipments or any plants sent via mail order must be accompanied by a valid GB Plant Passport.
• Private, non‑commercial movements—such as taking plants home in your personal luggage—generally do not require a plant passport and are allowed without restrictions.
