For over 20 years, Caragh Chocolates' wonderful location has been a constant source of inspiration for their chocolate making adventures... It all started with the grazing cows on Sark. With their fresh, thick cream, they couldn't resist making my very first chocolates.
The wonderful community on Sark have played a big part in Caragh Chocolates. From dairy farmers to fishermen, there has never been shortage of islanders keen to sample their latest creations.
Made by hand, transported by horse and carriage then on by boat... we look forward to sending you our chocolates soon.
