The Studio

4* The Studio is a self-contained newly renovated barn conversion nestled in the heart of St Saviour, just a step or two from Perelle Bay.

Perelle Bay boasts not only glorious sunsets, but also The Driftwood Inn, Perelle Butchery, and Morrison’s daily shopper, so you don’t need to go far for food and drink. There are bus stops nearby with routes to town, either via the coast or through the lovely countryside of Kings Mills and Castel.  

The property is next to a National Trust walk with Le Catioroc Neolithic tomb and Napoleonic artillery battery and there is a WWII bunker in the garden of the property. The Mirus battery and St Saviours tunnel complex are also nearby.

Easy walks from the property include around the island’s beautiful reservoir, to Lihou island or to the Claire Mare bird hide.

Parking

The Studio has allocated parking and a separate entrance to the main property on the site, where the owners live.

The accommodation has underfloor heating and WiFi throughout and comprises;

• A large bedroom with Super king size bed (which can be split into two singles)
  • 2 wardrobes, a dressing table and an armoire
• A large kitchen and lounge area
  • fully fitted kitchen and with induction hob, cooker, dishwasher, microwave and fridge.

Please note:

Sorry, no children and no pets.

There is no washing machine (but the owners are happy to do washes). There is a facility for outside drying of clothes.

Tariff

The rate is £120 per night.
