Places to Stay in Guernsey

St Anne's Guest House

Welcome to Ingrid's guest house and home.

The building is from the late 1700's and still retains some original features. The dining room/lounge gives this house an illusion of grandeur with its high ceiling, large sash windows and open fireplace. Some of the furniture - the grandfather clock (restored on the island), welsh dresser and pictures add to the feeling of elegance. The rooms are equipped with TVs and the trays have a selection of tea, coffee, hot chocolate and home made biscuits. To the rear of the property is a quiet patio and beyond is a small garden, a retreat, a place to relax with a book or bring in a bottle of wine, glasses are of course provided. Breakfast is a feast of fresh fruit salad, melon or pink grapefruit.

Local dairy produce and home made jams and marmelades accompany the cooked breakfast with bread from the bakery.

Although the guest house is classed as Bed and Breakfast, an evening meal is available if booked in advance. Children are welcome and so are well behaved dogs.
