The Fleur du Jardin is set in the heart of the Guernsey countryside. This Boutique Hotel mixes ancient 15th Century farmstead ambience with modern rooms and 21st Century Cuisine.

‘The Fleur’ was once owned by a well-known Guernsey family who farmed in this area known as the Kings Mills. The hotel was once a key dairy farm for the world famous Guernsey Cow. ‘The Fleur du Jardin’ named after one of the most noted of these beautiful animals.

Under the ownership of Ian and Amanda Walker the hotel has gone through a major upgrade and boasts some of the finest rooms in Guernsey. Situated in the heart of the Castel Parish of Guernsey ‘Le Fleur’ is a short walk from Guernsey’s most popular beaches, Vazon Bay.

And if beach life isn’t your thing then walking South you are surrounded by miles of green lanes and walks through some of Guernsey’s best countryside. The Fleur is a place for all seasons, log fires in winter and alfresco in summer.

The Fleur du Jardin was a breeding cow of some repute and we would like to think we have maintained that reputation, be it now of culinary hospitality and an envied quality of product.We are what you see, relaxed and informal with a hint of the unusual. Many of our rooms have undergone a stylish renovation programme – bleached timber walls and wet rooms. The Fleur is a building of unique old charm with a sprinkling of contemporary seasoning.
