At the much-loved Leopard Bar & Restaurant, watch Executive Chef, Helder Leca, cooking up a storm through the open kitchen, before indulging in everything from Guernsey beef and locally sourced seafood, including delicious crab and scallops, to mouth-watering international dishes.

Afternoon tea is also not to be missed, served in the Zebra Lounge or out on the sun-washed terrace.

Opening hours

Open daily for hearty breakfasts, mid-morning coffees, relaxed lunches and afternoon teas, as well as evening meals.

  • Breakfast: Monday to Saturday: 7 to 10am, Sunday and bank holidays: 7.30 to 10am
  • Lunch: Monday to Saturday: 12 to 2pm, Sunday: 12pm to 2.30pm
  • Afternoon Tea: Monday to Saturday: 12 to 5pm, Sunday: 2.30 to 5pm
  • Dinner: Everyday: 6.30 to 9.30pm, Pre-theatre: 5.30pm to 9pm
  • Bar: Open daily, last food orders at 9.30pm
