2025 will be the 54th Annual Donkey Derby. As well as the Donkey Races (which are fun to watch, especially if you place a bet at the tote tent), there are also the Media Challenge Sulky Races, where local TV, radio and newspaper reporters battle it out to win the much-coveted Media Challenge Trophy.
There is plenty of entertainment for the children including bouncy castles and donkey rides, as well as numerous charity and catering stalls - including the much-loved beer tent!
As the afternoon draws to a close and the sun starts to set, the beer tent will also burst into life with music from local Guernsey performers.
All proceeds raised during the day are used to support the Guernsey Lions Club's local causes.
