Beaucette Campervans

Guernsey’s first dedicated at Beaucette Marina, on the northern tip of the island, offering residents unbeatable coastal views in a specially designed campervan setting.  Guernsey currently has four campsites dotted around the island, and while all offer parking for motorhomes, this will be the first designed specifically with campervans in mind.

The site will accommodate up to twelve campervans at one time (eight standard pitches and four larger baysfor those requiring extra space), with each pitch including a picnic area, electricity and water. The site includes a washing up area with hot water, ‘grey’ water disposal, a shower block and laundry facilities.

Campervanners will also have access to the marina facilities and services, including further showers, laundry and WiFi. Cars and electric EVie bikes can be rented from the Harbour Office and there is a bus stop 8 minutes from the campsite as well as a free car park. Pets are welcome with plenty of walking trails nearby. 

Overlooking the marina and with views of Guernsey’s sister islands is The Restaurant at Beaucette Marina, open for morning coffee, lunch, traditional afternoon tea, cocktails and dinner. One of Guernsey’s finest restaurants, it serves seasonal fare with ingredients sourced from Guernsey producers where possible, including lobster, crab, scallops and cod straight from Guernsey’s seas, oysters from Rocquaine Bay, and milk, butter and cream from the island’s famous herd. Diners can enjoy the views and local flavours from inside, or take in the sea air and landscape on the large outside terrace area.

As well as the coastal paths and beautiful beaches for which the island is renowned, there are also a number of other island attractions close to Beaucette Marina. Some of the oldest monuments in Europe are just a short walk from the site, including an ancient 10 metre long Neolithic passage grave dating back to 3,500 BC, Fort Doyle, built in 1803 to defend Guernsey’s from the revolutionary French, Fort Le Marchant with active rifle range, and the long sandy beaches of L’Ancresse Bay.
