Wild Workshops: Connect with the Past & Present

Join WildGuernsey for a series of workshops connecting you to the past and the Islands’ edible land and seascapes. They’ll be working with the wheel of the year, the seasons and the cycle of the moon to enjoy a taste of wild food.

A Pilgrimage Workshop at Lihou headland.

Friday 1 May
7 - 9pm
A Beltane fire and spring greens fertility sunset workshop.

Saturday 20 June
5 - 7pm
Summer Solstice flowers with an opportunity to swim in the sea afterwards.

Sunday 2 August
3 - 5pm
An earthwalk and harvesting the warmth of a fire, baking on Lammas.
 

Sunday 20 September
3 - 5pm
‘See-weed’ and ‘eat it’ workshop on this low Equinox tide.

Saturday 31 October
3 - 5pm
A Samhain full moon berries and roots workshop, ending the wheel of the year with a hot berry punch on one of the fire festivals of the past.
