A free exhibition in the Priaulx Library gardens and in the library, chronicling the German Occupation; the Liberation and the re-occupation of Guernsey by allied forces. The exhibition features contemporary photographs; facsimile newspapers and maps. The Priaulx Library is indebted to Captain J.H. Wallbridge for his support and assistance with this exhibition.
The exhibition will be viewable from 1st May until 30th June and can be seen on the following days during that time:
9.30am – 5.00pm (Monday -Thursday & Saturdays)
10.00am – 5.00pm (Fridays)
