Mervyn Peake lived in Sark twice in his life, as part of the Sark Group in the 1930’s and later between 1947 - 1950 when he returned with his young family.
He painted and wrote extensively whilst living on the island and the beauty and peace of Sark were the inspiration for many of his creations. Using Mervyn Peake’s regular walks as the starting point, you will venture out each day with specific projects to complete, whilst also having the flexibility of relaxing and unwinding in this picturesque island.
