Explore Guernsey’s Ramsar site. Stand inside a Neolithic passage grave and walk through German trenches before walking across the seabed on a cobbled causeway to the most westerly of the Channel Islands: Lihou Island. Wild unspoiled and full of history, this sister island of Guernsey may be small, but it has a lot to offer and plenty to see on foot. Suitable footwear for the seabed (wet and slippery) recommended.
Cost: £10 per person.
