Pork, Walk and Talk

The team at Wallow Charcuterie invites you to join us for our Pork, Walk and Talk Tour, inspired by the WWII based novel, the Guernsey Literary and Potato Peel Pie Society.

Tours will be held every Wednesday evening (other week day evenings may be available on request) commencing on Wednesday 24 April.

For tours running between 24 April until 26 June, the meeting time will be 17.45 at the Imperial Hotel for a 18.00 departure time.

For tours running from 3 July to 28 August inclusive, the meeting time will be 18.15 at the Imperial, for a departure time of 18.30.

The total cost of the tour is £45 per person, which includes return transport between the Imperial and Wallow Farmstead, a tour of Wallow to meet the pigs, a guided walk through the lanes to the coast and then transport back to the Imperial for a Blue Bottle G&T and a 2 course dinner of Wallow charcuterie and a sweet potato and pork pot pie; vegetarian alternative is available.

The tour is inspired by the Guernsey Potato Peel pie story, so includes accounts of life during the Occupation at the farm and on the island in general - there is no need for anyone to be a fan of the film or to have seen it in order to enjoy the tour.
