One of the best spots to overlook neighbouring island Herm. The small harbour paints a postcard perfect view for a picnic with the fishing boats scattered along the shoreline.
A local’s favourite. The 270 odd stairs down to the secluded beach will work up your appetite and means you can enjoy that extra slice of dessert, completely guilt free! Once Guernsey’s major military headquarters in the late 1780s, Clarence Battery is a great spot for history buffs but also for those who want lunch with a spectacular view. Here you have a magnificent view across Sark, Herm, Brecqhou and Jethou, and even Jersey and mainland France on a clear day!
