Ice Bath Harry in Guernsey
On a journey to wellness and recovery from addiction, 'Ice Bath Harry' has taken an ice bath every day for over 19 months.
He shares his story every day with more than 260,000 followers across his social media platforms - and day 593 brings him to Guernsey.
