Tasty Walks is a series of 11 self-guided walks which make the most of the very best the island to offer - its stunning scenery and fabulous food. Whether it's the rugged south coast cliff paths, the long sweeping bays of the west or uncovering the historic past of the island's capital, the island has much to offer in just 25 square miles.
These routes are designed with walkers of all ages and abilities in mind. Get a feel for which would best suit you by simply clicking on the titles and finding out more. Each has an audio guide, voiced by TV personality James Strawbridge, a full audio transcript and interactive map that highlights all the points of interest along the way.
Each is punctuated with cafes and restaurants, beachside kiosks and cliff top cafes to help you make the most of your journey around our island.

James Strawbridge is a TV presenter and sustainable living expert and has had a passion for nature, food and environmentalism since childhood. Along with his father, Dick, they present the popular ITV series The Hungry Sailors, part of which was based in Guernsey and Sark, where they set sail around Britain aboard the Amelie Rose to explore the food of Britain's coastal towns. In addition James is a regular contributor to 'The Alan Titchmarsh Show' and has also appeared as an eco-guest on numerous other TV shows such as 'Richard and Judy,' and 'Ready Steady Cook' promoting his sustainable living message.
James said he fell in love with Guernsey while visiting with his family, when he tucked into delicious local oysters and crab, and is looking forward to returning to the island.

The 'Tasty Walks' campaign comprises of a first for VisitGuernsey; audio guides featuring 11 walks focused on combining the natural beauty of the island with tips for great eateries. James has provided the voiceover for the series which can be downloaded below alongside the walking map.
