The second of four Taste of Guernsey events organised by the Good Food Group and which coincides with the pedestrianisation of the Town Seafront and once again will offer an interactive experience in a village of marquees.
This month’s theme is Seafood and will include Catch it – Cook it - Eat it, a fun fishing competition where the catch ends up being cooked before a live audience. Fishing fans of all ages are being challenged to see what they can catch on the morning of the event and then watch their fish being prepared and cooked in a variety of styles by expert chefs from the Sueco Cookery School.
