La Cotte Studio Apartment

La Cotte Studio Apartment is situated in the Forest Parish in a quiet country lane close to Petit Bot Bay and South coast cliff paths and central bus route which is a few minutes walk away. We are only five minutes drive from St. Martins Parish centre or a short walk away from the Forest Stores which can cater for all your shopping needs. There are also several hotels nearby offering bar and restaurant meals within 5 to 20 minutes walking distance.

Surrounded by mature gardens, La Cotte was converted from a former farm building, it sleeps two adults and is furnished to a high standard with radio, TV/DVD, Freesat and free WIFI provided. It comprises of a bedroom sitting area and fully equipped kitchen/diner with electric hob, microwave oven and fridge. Bed linen, waffle bath robes and towels all included.

Onsite separate guest laundry room facilities are provided with washing machine, tumble dryer and ironing board, there is also private off road parking.

Guests may use our heated indoor saltwater swimming pool for which towels are provided, there are patio areas nearby to relax on. A welcome pack will be ready upon arrival, this includes a selection of confectionaries, a bottle of wine plus those little essentials to get you started including tea, coffee, milk, sugar, shower gel, hand soap and toilet rolls.

La Cotte is non-smoking and unfortunately we cannot accept pets. It is also not suitable for the disabled.
